PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING - FAMILIES
Provides temporary emergency shelter to homeless families. While there, families work with their assigned case manager to set goals to become self-sufficient and transition from the shelter to permanent housing. Participates in county's Hypothermia Prevention Program; no turn away policy November 1 to March 31.
